Your a Good Man Charlie Brown

​This show is a like a comic strip come to life! Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Snoopy, Schroeder, and Sally bring their world to life with fantastic musical numbers and witty dialogue. Just listen to the music and you will fall in love! I have performed in Charlie Brown and to this day it is still one of my favorite experiences. It is a charming and heartwarming show that requires brave and powerful actors to portray iconic characters. The important thing is that these characters are complex despite being children. They have hopes and dreams and they face difficulties. I want audiences to have so much fun and be surprised by the amount of truth that can be expressed in a simple show. 


This show has 6 main roles and a small ensemble can be added to include more students.

The Fantastics

​I have always loved The Fantasticks. I've seen the show twice and I'm always blown away by the writing and music. This show is a classic and has BEAUTIFUL music. This show is unfamiliar, so here's a short summary. A boy and a girl meet secretly because their parents hate each other. Plot twist! The parents only PRETEND to hate each other so their kids will fall in love and get married. After staging a crazy plot with the help of some actors, the boy saves the girl and Act 1 ends happily. Act 2 starts and everyone has gotten annoyed with each other. The illusion of infatuation has gone away and everyone realizes that they aren't truly happy. The boy leaves to find adventure, but he only finds pain. The girl is whisked away by a suave performer to experience life, but experiences heartbreak. Both broken, the boy and girl run into each other again and comfort and empathize with each other on a much deeper level. They learn that love isn't a rush of intense emotion, but a study and comforting peace that can be both happy and sad. I hope that the audience discovers the beauty in this show and adds a new musical to their list of favorites. Also, this show will be performed with live musicians (piano, harp, bass, percussion)


This show has 8 roles available. 1 female character, 2 male characters, 4 roles that are male but can be played by any gender, and 1 role open for any gender. I'm asking permission to add 1-2 ensemble roles for this show.
